Job Description :

1. IFA Acquisition

To identify new to MF industry propsects and empanel them
Empanel Active ARN holders but not empanelled
Conduct Mass meetings for business opportuinity presentation
Coordinating with branches for IFA acquisition

2. Onboarding IFA

Conduct onboarding meet for all new IFAs acquired in the regions
Introduce new Products and processes
Focus on activating new IFA
Coordinating with branches for better onboarding process

3. Activating IFA

Pushing for initiate business in the newly acquired IFA
Qualifying IFAs for Loyalty programs and Super starter programs
maintaining above average market share for newly acquired IFA

4. Mapping and reporting

Mapping IFA to relevent RM, operation manager etc as per potential
keeping in touch with the acquired IFA and helping for improving market share
