Role Summary
The HR Manager will lead the organization's talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, HR compliance, and people development across India and the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in international recruitment, particularly UAE/Dubai hiring, employee compliance, HR operations, and building a performance-driven culture.
The role requires a strategic HR professional who can partner with business leaders while ensuring operational excellence and adherence to local employment laws.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for India and UAE.
- Develop hiring strategies for sales, leadership, marketing, operations, and corporate functions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment portals, executive search firms, referrals, and social media.
- Manage Dubai-specific recruitment including local and overseas hiring.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Build talent pipelines for future business expansion.
- Develop employer branding initiatives.
UAE (Dubai) Recruitment
- Thorough understanding of UAE recruitment practices.
- Coordinate visa documentation and onboarding with PROs and government service providers.
- Knowledge of UAE employment contracts and hiring procedures.
- Work with recruitment partners and local agencies.
- Ensure smooth relocation and joining experience for international employees.
HR Operations
- Manage complete employee lifecycle:
- Recruitment
- Joining formalities
- Probation
- Performance reviews
- Confirmation
- Promotions
- Transfers
- Exit formalities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with:
- UAE Labour Law
- Indian labour regulations
- Employment contracts
- Leave policies
- Payroll documentation
- Employee records
- Coordinate with payroll and finance for accurate salary processing.
- Handle audits and statutory documentation.
Performance Management
- Implement KPI and KRA systems.
- Drive quarterly and annual performance reviews.
- Support managers in employee development.
- Identify training needs and succession planning.
Employee Engagement
- Foster a positive and performance-oriented work culture.
- Resolve employee grievances professionally.
- Conduct engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
- Promote Graviti's values across all offices.
HR Analytics
- Prepare monthly HR dashboards covering:
- Hiring metrics
- Attrition
- Headcount
- Recruitment pipeline
- Performance indicators
- Employee engagement
Skills:
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience
- 6–10 years of HR experience.
- Minimum 3 years handling international recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring for UAE/Dubai markets. Or equivalent
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, banking, or service industries preferred.
- Experience hiring sales professionals is highly desirable.
Education
- MBA in Human Resources / PGDM (HR) from a recognized institution.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, HRCI, or equivalent are an added advantage.
Technical Knowledge
