Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) to join our mutual fund distribution team. The VRM will be responsible for engaging with clients/ Associates virtually (via calls, video, and online platforms), understanding their financial goals, and recommending suitable mutual fund products. This role requires a strong knowledge of financial products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client/ Associate relationships remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of existing and prospective clients through virtual platforms (phone, email, WhatsApp, video calls).
• Understand client investment needs, risk appetite, and financial goals to offer personalized mutual fund recommendations.
• Assist clients/ Associates in starting SIPs, lump sum investments, or switching/redemption as per their needs.
• Upsell and cross-sell mutual fund products and related services (e.g., tax-saving options, retirement planning).
• Ensure regular follow-ups with clients for portfolio reviews, market updates, and service-related issues.
• Track and achieve sales and revenue targets assigned by the organization.
• Educate clients about new fund offerings (NFOs), market movements, and investment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI guidelines, KYC norms, and internal processes.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions on CRM systems.

Qualifications & Skills:
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or related field (MBA/PGDM is a plus).
•1–3 years of experience in mutual fund sales, financial advisory, or relationship management (virtual or in-person).
•NISM Series V-A certification (Mutual Fund Distributor) .
•Strong understanding of mutual fund products, SIPs, taxation benefits (ELSS), and investor profiles.
•Excellent communication skills in English and].
•Ability to build rapport virtually and manage client expectations effectively.
•Self-motivated, target-driven, and good at multitasking.
•Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and financial calculators.
