Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Global International Marketing team. Responsibilities:
· Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall global marketing objectives.
· Analyze global market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for digital growth.
· Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., social media, search engines, email, display advertising) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion.
· Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure campaigns are culturally and regionally relevant.
· Implement SEO best practices to enhance online visibility and search engine rankings.
· Work closely with content creators to develop and optimize digital content for global audiences.
· Manage and grow the company's social media presence across various platforms.
· Develop and execute social media campaigns to engage and build relationships with global audiences.
· Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
· Provide regular reports and insights to the global marketing team, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, and regional marketing teams, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
· Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
· Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI for all initiatives.
Skills:
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
· Proven experience 2-3 years in digital marketing, with a focus on global/international markets.
· In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Experience working with diverse and global teams.
· Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are desirable.
