Job Description:

• Managing and constantly monitoring the company's perception in the minds and community of all investors (retail as well as institutional).
• conducting periodic investor relations meet, seminars, events etc, liasoning with regulatory authorities (State and Center) to share our periodic business updates with them.
•  working on periodic queries/clarifications seeked by various investors, SEBI, NSE, BSE etc, extensively co-ordinating between various departments (legal, business, management) to get hands on updates about timely PR activities etc.
• To lead and get annual report finalised every year by aligning business and compliance, to prepare periodic notes and presentations for internal meetings with Board of Directors (BoD).
• Timely communication with all heads of internal departments, Representing companies of various forums, trade events, trade fares, seminars.
