OBJECTIVE:

The person with this role will be responsible for ensuring that the organization is able to drive sales through bondskart sales team

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

1. Managing a team of consultants
2. Consult them financially on the latest trends in domestic bond market
3. Help clients understand different options available for buying/selling bonds on the bondskart platform
4. Making sure the team is profitable
5. Interact with the transaction execution team to close the orders from the clients

Skills:

1. Strong written/verbal communication and data presentation skills
2. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
