• Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar
management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external
stakeholders.
• Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports on
behalf of the CEO.
• Coordinate board meetings, leadership offsite, and strategic reviews.
• Support the CEO in monitoring company priorities, key projects, and deadlines.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials for decision making.
• Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
• Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively manage tasks to ensure smooth
daily operations.
