1) Handling B2C online platforms like Shopify and it’s Product Configuration, and end to end order fulfilment cycles.
2) Communication: Working closely with B2B online partners to make sure right fulfillment of orders.
3) New Collection launch and planning: Working with the team closely to ensure adherence to brand standards. Organize collections, feature products on the website with accurately product details, descriptions, images, pricing, and SKUs.
4) Working closely with internal teams like merchandising, product development and designers to insure efficient development process
5) Data Analysis and Reporting: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement to measure campaign effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
6) Coordinating with suppliers and procurement team.
Experience and Skill Required:
1) Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify.
2) Must have a business or fashion business Degree from a reputed Institution with Retail/Fashion luxury industry background.
3) Strong attention to detail, organisation, and multitasking abilities.
4) Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with clients and cross-functional teams.
5) The ability to work concurrently on various projects.
