We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Loom Production Floor Supervisor to manage and

oversee daily operations on the elastic looms production floor. The candidate will be responsible for

ensuring smooth production, minimizing downtime, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations of the elastic looms production floor.

Monitor and record machine running hours and downtime accurately.

Coordinate beam and yarn requirements in advance and ensure timely delivery from the

godown.

Oversee cutting of greige fabric from looms and its proper transfer to the godown.

Ensure production targets are met with desired quality standards.

Maintain discipline and cleanliness on the shop floor.

Coordinate with maintenance team in case of machine breakdowns.

Ensure timely reporting and documentation of production-related data.

Follow safety and compliance protocols during operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in loom production supervision (preferably elastic looms).

ITI/Diploma/Graduate in Textile or relevant field.

Strong understanding of loom operations and production planning.

Ability to handle shop floor manpower and shift schedules.

Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.
