Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field ? Experience in Inside Sales and Sales Management. Freshers can also apply ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ? Ability to meet sales targets ? Ability to develop effective sales strategies and implement them successfully ? Strong customer service skills and customer-focused mindset ? You will be responsible for aggressively calling up sales prospects from a huge list of prequalified inbound leads that come in every day. ? You need to know both the products in and out, and gain a very deep understanding of our business, our customers' business, as well as our competitors' businesses! Basically, the entire landscape. ? Your role is to come across as smart and friendly to merchants so that they can trust you to help them achieve their business goals. Consultative selling. ? You should be techno-savvy and should be able to figure out your way around technology yourself. Relevant qualifications include a strong understanding of the sales process, experience with customer satisfaction, the ability to analyse and interpret sales data, and experience with CRM tools. Experience in the technology or software industries is a plus.
