Job Description:

  1. Preparation of ITR, Balance Sheet Finalisation
  2. To handle matters related to Banking, Accounts, TAX, GST, TDS and ensuring all statutory payments are paid within prescribed time schedule
  3. Submission of required documents/details to any regulatory body from time to time
  4. Maintaining proper books of A/c’s of Group Companies
