Role & responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide expert guidance to help them find the perfect real estate solutions. Close deals efficiently and effectively with proper periodic follow ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make informed decisions.
- Manage the closing process of real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Work with real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and other parties involved in the transaction to coordinate closing details and ensure a smooth process.
- Ensure to achieve allocated business targets within stipulated time frame.

- Candidates from the Real Estate (Residential, Commercial) industry will be preferred with a minimum 3+ years of experience.
- Polished appearance and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

- Self Motivated and goal oriented.
- Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills
- Confident and Have a positive approach towards the team
- Flexibility to work in multiple sales sites in the same city
