Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the lighting industry. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and generating leads, to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors, distributors, and other stakeholders in the lighting industry.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals. • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to the sales team to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to support sales initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management, highlighting key metrics and achievements.
Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus. • Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the lighting industry or related field. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
