Excel Enthusiast- to develop macros for automating daily tasks such as sending inquiry, making comparison, analyzing, BOQ Revision and Rate Filling. To get follow-up with client for Tender status and support Sales Function to prepare prospects and forecasts. Zoho oriented – CRM Carrying out Value Engineering solutions based on client’s budget Constraint to focus. Sound Technical and commercial acumen. Negotiation with Vendors on Technical and Commercial aspects. WCF/INSURANCE/EMD/LIASIONING/LD/Techno-Commercial & others multiple Clause in tender has to be vetted and confirmed with the client. Review of ongoing projects Vis a Visa the progress on site technically and commercially.
