- Performing valuation analysis on a wide range of companies using all accepted and relevant Asset Valuation approaches and theories
- Designing valuation models for securities Valuation
- Independently gathering data pertinent to the engagement through direct client interaction and on site collection of data desktop research
- Presenting the results of the analysis in a final report in a clear and concise manner
- Building financial models using historical data and providing forecasts based on various industry-related operating metrics
- Conducting Scenario Analysis based on macro and micro factors
- Comparable Company Analysis
- Analysing financial Statements / information & making reports of findings.
Skills:
Candidate must have sound analytical, communication, writing and financial skills.
S/he should have a sound knowledge of Capital markets
