Role Summary
Looking for a hands-on professional to manage compliance, accounting, and operations for a SEBI-registered Category II AIF (Private Equity Fund). The role involves coordination with investors, investee companies, auditors, trustees, and regulators.
Key Responsibilities
•Handle SEBI AIF compliance and regulatory filings
•Coordinate with SEBI, trustees, custodians, auditors, and legal advisors
•Maintain fund accounting, expenses, and assist in NAV calculations
•Support capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting
•Coordinate with investee companies for compliance and reporting
•Maintain fund documentation, MIS, and records

•Basic knowledge of AIF / PE fund structure
•Good Excel skills
•Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
•Attention to detail and timeline management
Preferred Background
•Experience in AIF / PE / VC fund, PMS, NBFC, or CA/CS firm handling funds
