Job Description:

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to manage expense amortization and insurance income. The role involves finalizing vendor agreements, ensuring accurate amortization schedules, and maintaining records for audit compliance. The candidate will also oversee insurance revenue streams, ensure timely invoicing and collections, and collaborate with internal teams for accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Engage in finalization of vendor agreements, ensuring that is aligned with the objectives of amortization.

·       Coordinate with internal teams to align disbursed loans and marketing expenses with appropriate amortization schedules.

·       Maintain and update master sheets capturing vendor expenses, amortization details, and disbursement alignments.

·       Prepare and reconcile the amortization schedule to ensure accurate matching of expenses to corresponding periods.

·       Share invoicing details and disbursement summaries with vendors to facilitate correct and timely invoice raising.

·       Collaborate with the finance and accounts teams to ensure timely posting of amortization entries, provision adjustments, and accurate financial reporting.

·       Review, validate, and archive vendor contracts, Proforma Invoices, approvals, and final invoices for record-keeping and audit compliance.

·       Support internal audits and assist in providing reconciliations and documentation related to amortization.

·       Manage and monitor all insurance-related revenue streams.

·       Maintain accurate records of insurance income and reconcile periodically with finance and business teams.

·       Ensure timely invoices to insurance partners and track collections against receivables. 

·       Coordinate with insurance partners for timely receipt of commission/income statements and payments.

·       Ensure correct accounting treatment for insurance income as per applicable accounting standards and internal policies.

·       Prepare detailed MIS reports, dashboards, and reconciliations related to insurance income.

·       Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales, operations, and business teams) to validate earned income and address discrepancies.

·       Work with auditors during internal, statutory, and tax audits, providing required schedules and explanations related to insurance income.

  • Proficiency in financial software and tools such as Ms Excel, Tally, Ms Word, Ms Power point, etc.
