Reporting to Partner
Responsibilities
1.Preparing submissions for representation before Hon'ble IT Appellate Tribunal for Appeals,
2.Stay Application (SA) and Miscellaneous Application (MA),
3.Representing before CIT (A) for Tax & Penalty Appeals and Stay Application (SA),
4.Representing before IT Officer for Scrutiny Assessments
5.Advising domestic companies and resident individuals regarding taxability of their foreign
6.income in light of applicable DTAA
7.Advising business undertakings regarding applicability and compliance with TDS provisions to
8.avoid stringent penal consequences
Technical & Behavioral Skill
1. The candidate will be someone who has:
a. Strong evaluation and assessment skills
b. Good understanding of the various direct tax and law evaluation parameters
c. Team player who can work under pressure and depicts problem solving skills
d. Someone who is young and energetic and is eager to explore
2. Should have excellent drafting skills.
