KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Experience and exposure within Investment Banking on operating model design and deployment and having delivered global change initiatives and programs.
Document operating model elements in consultation with various stakeholders and leadership teams across Market Securities Services function.
Attend working groups to manage cross divisional design.
Contribute to workshops across workstreams to facilitate the design of target and transitional operating models.
Good understanding of project management and BA skill sets such as MS Visio, JIRA
Target Operating Model experience in Investment Banking and sound understanding of business principles.

Skills :
Business Analyst Experience
8+ years of experience in Capital Markets with exposure to Market Securities Services / Investment Banking management related activities or projects.
Prior experience with Target operational model and process re-engineering is preferable
Experience in defining & documenting cross-functional operating model, preferably at top tier Investment Bank
Experience of business process re-engineering.
Able to independently work with business / functional teams.
Experience working on Counterparty, CVA or Market Risk will be a bonus.
Ability to operate in large program set up with focus on cross-functional deliverables while managing dependencies and related risks.
Prior experience with regulatory capital initiative is a plus.
