Job Description:

Reporting to Director

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Experience and exposure within Investment Banking on operating model design and deployment and having delivered global change initiatives and programs.
• Document operating model elements in consultation with various stakeholders and leadership teams across Market Securities Services function.
• Attend working groups to manage cross divisional design.
• Contribute to workshops across workstreams to facilitate the design of target and transitional operating models.
• Good understanding of project management and BA skill sets such as MS Visio, JIRA
• Target Operating Model experience in Investment Banking and sound understanding of business principles.

Qualification:

Skills:

• Business Analyst Experience
• 8+ years of experience in Capital Markets with exposure to Market Securities Services / Investment Banking management related activities or projects.
• Prior experience with Target operational model and process re-engineering is preferable
• Experience in defining & documenting cross-functional operating model, preferably at top tier Investment Bank
• Experience of business process re-engineering.
• Able to independently work with business / functional teams.
• Experience working on Counterparty, CVA or Market Risk will be a bonus.
• Ability to operate in large program set up with focus on cross-functional deliverables while managing dependencies and related risks.
• Prior experience with regulatory capital initiative is a plus.
