Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting + operations role
• Strong knowledge of GST, invoing, and basic compliance
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, MS Word
• Good understanding of accounts receivable & payable
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi; Marathi is a plus)
Job Description:
Accounting & Finance
• Maintain books of accounts using Tally / accounting software
• Handle sales & purchase entries, receipts, and payments
• Prepare and manage invoices, quotations, credit notes, and debit notes
• Manage GST compliance:
• GST billing
• Monthly/quarterly GST returns
• Reconciliation of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B
• Track accounts receivable & payable
• Follow up on outstanding payments
• Assist in bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking
• Support CA/auditor for audits, filings, and compliance
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Operations & Coordination
• Coordinate with sales team for order processing and invoicing
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners
• Track purchase orders, deliveries, and stock movement
• Maintain vendor records, pricing, and payment schedules
• Assist in inventory coordination (basic level)
• Support management with operational reports and MIS
• Ensure smooth internal coordination between accounts, sales, and operations
Administrative Support
• Maintain office records, agreements, and documentation
• Support day-to-day operational requirements
• Handle basic compliance and statutory documentation
• Assist management with operational follow-ups and reporting
Qualification:

• Experience in project-based companies (lighting, interiors, construction, manufacturing)
• Exposure to inventory or vendor coordination
• Prior experience in SME / growing company environment
