·        Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets set for Business/Personal loans through sourcing via customer walk-in, on-field lead generation, physical promotions, connectors onboarding and digital channels.

·        Visit potential clients to promote and sell loan products.

·        Identify and develop new business opportunities.

·        Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and application process to clients.

·        Assist clients with loan applications and documentation.

·        Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

·        Achieve monthly loan sales targets.
