- Deliver high-quality classroom, virtual and corporate training programs in Networking and Network Security.
- Conduct structured training on CCNA, CCNP, Enterprise Networking, Routing & Switching and Security concepts.
- Develop and customize training modules, presentations, lab exercises, case studies and assessment materials based on customer requirements and learning objectives.
- Provide hands-on technical training and mentoring in network configuration, deployment, troubleshooting and security best practices.
- Evaluate participant performance through practical assessments, assignments and certification-readiness tests, and provide constructive feedback.
- Support learners during lab sessions by resolving technical queries and strengthening practical understanding.
- Stay updated on the latest networking technologies, cybersecurity trends, Cisco certifications and industry best practices to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate technical training, enterprise networking or network/security implementation.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, WAN technologies and network troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with VPNs, firewalls, secure remote access and network security.
- Strong expertise in Cisco networking technologies; exposure to Fortinet, Check Point or Palo Alto is preferred.
- Familiarity with NGFW, IDS/IPS, endpoint security and identity/access concepts.
- Experience with Cisco Packet Tracer, GNS3, EVE-NG or enterprise lab environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation and learner-engagement skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different learner levels.
