Job Description :

As a Sales Trader – Tin (Tin ingot, tin solder, solder stick, tin bar, tin anode, tin nuggets, tin ball), 
Cobalt & Nickel, your primary responsibility will be to drive growth and revenue for our group within the 
Metal sector in India and globally. You will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic 
partnerships, and expand our market presence in the Tin (Tin ingot, tin solder, solder stick, tin bar, tin 
anode, tin nuggets, tin ball), Cobalt & Nickel industries.
Roles & Responsibilities: -
Ø Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, including new markets, clients, and products 
within the metal industries.
Ø Cultivate and nurture relationships with key industry players, potential clients, and partners.
Ø Independently manage physical product portfolio.
Ø Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets for Tin (Tin ingot, tin solder, solder stick, tin 
bar, tin anode, tin nuggets, tin ball), Cobalt & Nickel businesses.
Ø Collaborate with suppliers worldwide for procurement at the best rates to enhance existing products or 
develop new/current Tin (Tin ingot, tin solder, solder stick, tin bar, tin anode, tin nuggets, tin ball), Cobalt 
& Nickel products that meet market demands.
Ø Develop and strengthen relations with suppliers. Ensure that product offerings remain competitive and 
aligned with customer needs.
Ø Identify potential risks and challenges in the markets and develop mitigation strategies.
Ø Generate regular reports on both segments' sales performance, market trends, and business 
development activities.

Skills :

  • Btech in Electronic (Or Any) plus MBA in Sales/Marketing (Full Time) 

Qualification: -
· Bachelor's degree in engineering.
· Full-time MBA in Marketing preferred
· Proven experience in business development within Tin (Tin ingot, tin solder, solder stick, tin bar, tin 
anode, tin nuggets, tin ball), Cobalt & Nickel industries or closely related sectors.
· In-depth knowledge of products, their production processes, and applications.
· Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
· Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
· Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
· Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance.
· Leadership and team management skills.
· Willingness to travel as required.
