Educational Qualification: MCA or equivalent degree.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead ERP Implementation: Oversee the full lifecycle of the ERP system, from planning to deployment.

* Coordinate with Departments: Work closely with different teams to ensure smooth data migration and system integration.

* Troubleshoot & Support: Provide ongoing support and resolve issues related to ERP software post-implementation.

* Training & Documentation: Train users and maintain up-to-date documentation.

* Monitor System Performance: Regularly evaluate ERP system performance and suggest improvements.

Desired Qualifications:

Educational Qualification: MCA or equivalent degree.

Experience: 4-5 years in ERP implementation and data migration.

Skills: Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics), data management, and strong troubleshooting skills.

Collaboration: Ability to coordinate with multiple departments to meet business needs.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
