Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) and construction project execution. The candidate should have extensive experience in managing the complete lifecycle of premium real estate projects, including high-rise developments, from planning and design coordination to execution, billing, and project closure.
Key Responsibilities -
  • Manage and oversee the complete project lifecycle of premium residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.  
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. 
  • Review and monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation. 
  • Lead site planning activities and ensure efficient utilization of resources. 
  • Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
  • Review and validate contractor bills, client billing, and project cost reports. 
  • Track project progress and identify risks, delays, and mitigation measures. 
  • Conduct project reviews and provide advisory inputs for improving project performance and delivery. 
  • Ensure adherence to project management processes, industry standards, and best practices. 
  • Support procurement, contract administration, and change management activities. 
  • Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and management updates. 

Skills:

Required Qualifications & Experience -
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in construction project management, PMC, or advisory roles. 
  • Proven experience in handling the complete lifecycle of premium real estate projects. 
  • Hands-on experience in high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments. 
  • Strong understanding of site planning, project scheduling, and construction methodologies. 
  • Experience in contractor management, site coordination, and project monitoring. 
  • Sound knowledge of site billing, contractor billing, cost control, and project financial management. 
  • Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems. 
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. This role is ideal for professionals who have successfully managed premium high-rise developments and possess strong expertise in PMC operations, project delivery, site planning, and billing management.
