Age : 35 - 40 years 

The person should be from a corporate legal background with a degree in LLB/LLM and experience working in a corporate or legal firm with exposure to managing legal functions.  
The incumbent shall be reporting to the Founders of the company and working as a partner in the legal firm owned by the company

Typical duties are as follows : 
Business
•    Develop Legal practice with Clients, and includes developing other than collection portfolio.
•    Developing and leading corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company's matters
•    Overseeing the delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies and priorities
•    Maintaining proper corporate interactions with the relevant local, state and federal governmental bodies, legislatures and the community at large
•    Advising the Founder and other senior corporate officers on a variety of issues
•    Participating in the formulation of general management policy as a member of the executive management team
•    Set up online dispute resolution process 
•    Develop Legal collection processes, including:

1. Setting up turnaround time for securing documents from customers
2. Preparing and finalising notice within seven working days of the due date, whichever is earlier
3. Sending timely notices to all the parties of the client
4. Ensure collection of all the notice delivery and shared with clients and inform the collector
5. Filling all legal cases on time.
6. Taking timely feedback with the legal team across India on the updates received for each case
7. Prepare and review the legal tracker and share it with the customer
8. Arrange for a tracker meeting with the client
