Scope of Work

·       Preparing of both Design Build, BOQ based Tenders and E-tendering experience of 3 to 4 years & 6 to 8 years.

·       Proficient in BOQ Preparation, Cost Estimates, Rate Analysis and Techno Commercial Comparative Statement.

·       Excel Enthusiast-to develop macros for automating daily tasks such as sending inquiry, making Comparison, analyzing BOQ Revisions and Rate Filing.

·       To get the follow-up with client for tender status and support Sales Function to prepare  Prospects and Forecasts

·       Zoho oriented - CRM

·       Carrying out Value Engineering solutions based on Client’s budget Constraint to focus.

·  Sound Technical and Commercial acumen.

· Negotiating with Vendors on Technical and Commercial aspects.

    WCF/INSURANCE/EMD/BG/LIASIONING/LD/Techno-Commercial & others multiple Clauses in tender

Has to be vetted and confirmed with the client.

Review of   ongoing  projects Vis a Vis the progress on site technically and commercially.
