Job Description :

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Professional to join us as Cluster Sales Head – Lucknow. The role requires building and leading a high-performing sales team, while developing a strong and deep network in the Small Ticket LAP & Home Loan (HL) segment in the base location. He will also be responsible for managing and driving business across other locations within the assigned cluster.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team in the cluster.
  • Drive sourcing of high-quality and profitable Small Ticket LAP & HL business through DSA channels.
  • Develop and strengthen DSA relationships to ensure consistent and scalable business volumes.
  • Manage business performance, productivity, and growth across all cluster locations.
  • Ensure adherence to credit, compliance, and risk norms while driving growth.
  • Ensure profitable portfolio growth with focus on both Small Ticket LAP & HL (?5–20L) Business.
  • Be the single point of accountability for your city’s BC business performance.
  • Collaborate with internal credit, operations, and risk teams to ensure smooth execution and partner satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 7 - 12 years of Team Handling experience in retail lending, preferably with NBFCs or HFCs in the LAP, HL / MSME Secured Lending segment.
  • Proven track record of Handling multiple location, consistently delivering strong business volumes.
  • Deep understanding of local market dynamics and competition—ability to identify, acquire, and retain productive sourcing partners.
  • Highly networked professional—knows key channel partners, NBFCs and HFCs in the market and their strategy and field-level influencers.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives with autonomy, enjoys building from scratch, and has strong business ownership.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with uncapped earning potential.
