Job Preference :

Role : 

·        Aggressive follow up with clients team to get the work done whenever required.

·        Develop recommendations for product offerings, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations.

·        Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business.

·        Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the financing of clients, including investment memorandum, management presentations and pitchbooks.

·        Be accountable for specific components of the work including:

·        Analyzing and summarizing financial performance

·        Building financial and valuation Models

·        Developing PowerPoint and Word documents

·        Support in developing business development pitches

·        Online subject research activities

·        Handling Capital Market related transactions end to end

Job Description :

1.      Lead any assignment execution from front

2.      Build an in-depth understanding of client’s business research and research requirements

3.      Support to identify opportunities for M&A, buy-outs, PE fund raise, promoter financing, structured equity, capital market deals

4.      Support in executing the mandate end to end

5.      Develop deep understanding of the business of the client and the Industry in which the client operates along with customer profile and expectations

6.      Develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data

7.      Converting unstructured information into structured decision-making tool for the client

8.      Work closely with all key departments for data exchange on regular basis

9.      Development of various types of financial models to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.

10.   Perform various valuation methods: comparable companies, precedents, and DCF.

11.   Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions.

12.   Create presentations for client portfolios.

13.   Affinity for current events, critical issues, and relevant news.

Skills :

1.      Strong oral and written communication

2.      Strong leadership skills

3.      Understanding of financial concepts, financial statements and valuation techniques

4.      Strong financial modeling skills

5.      Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and switch between multiple projects during the course of the day

6.      Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision

7.      Working knowledge of deal structuring and closing principals

8.      Impeccable research, quantitative and analytical skills, especially in explaining market events

9.      Excellent MS-Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills)
