Job location Mumbai 

ESSENTIAL / LIKELY EXPERIENCE

5 to 9 years of experience in managing infrastructure operations for large-scale systems across multiple hardware and software platforms.

Essential experience in working with Local Area Networks (LANs) and Wide Area Networks (WANs).

Prerequisites:

• Experience in infrastructure architecture, data centers, servers, and networks
• Microsoft MCSE, CCNA,  CEH, or equivalent any certifications would be preferred
• A solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking
• Group Policy design and configuration
• Microsoft IIS administration and configuration
• Strong knowledge of multiple technologies including but not limited to Servers, Virtualization.

Job Brief:

• Ensure the complaint logs, vendor communications, resolutions and maintenance in terms of ISP/Hardware/Service related issues etc.
• Ensure the IT solutions implementation for organization.
• Maintain/updates IT MIS reports as per the management requirement on day to day basis.
• Ensure the timely collection of ISP vendor bills and processing to accounts thereby ensuring on time payouts to vendors as per contractual terms.
• Handle escalations of technical issues in terms of Hardware, Applications and Network etc.
• Manage and Administer Emails.
• Manage IT operations.

• Handling the data center and computer host systems including hardware, software, and equipment such as air-conditioning system, uninterrupted power system (UPS), and fire protection system
• Ensure smooth functioning of the Internet, Firewall, Networking, CCTV, EPBAX etc. coordinate with Internet Service Provider.
• Educate employees on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, provide technical support when needed, and maintain data backups.
• A hands-on tech support candidate with experience in IT Helpdesk ticketing system, firewall, networking, onboarding, offboarding, Desktop/ Workstation/ Laptop, troubleshooting hardware & software issues mostly in windows OS.
• Track and maintain hardware inventory and software license inventory in the ITSM tool, Analyse department IT needs, identify gaps/ vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to inform business decisions.
• Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware solving all the problems of the users related to the Systems of Desktop / Laptop through IT engineers. Would be the point of contact/escalation for L2 technical issues/break-fix etc.
• Responsible to review and analyze the IT operational & support issues/problems and propose solutions/operational improvements.
