Job Description:
a. Plan, manage, supervise, co-ordinate, monitor and recommend to management a schedule for the planned preventive maintenance and ad hoc day to day maintenance and rectification of and facilities.
b. Inventory management of all repairs and Maintenance Equipments, accessories.
c. Vendor Management for all works related to Maintenance and Facilities
d. Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation
e. Carrying out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
f. Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
g. Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors etc.)
h. Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
i. Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
j. Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
