offices of MDF unit in order to sustain effective IT services to all key
stakeholders
Principal
Accountabilities
IT AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Conduct timely Health
Check-up of Servers and IT systems
Periodic reporting on
Servers uptime and utilization, Server Performance Tuning
Maintain
Asset Inventory, Third party coordination for support requirement.
Configuring
Servers, Installation and implementation of Domain Controllers, Active Directory and Group Policies.
Administration
, installation and Troubleshooting of
Microsoft / Windows Server,
Perform
Monitoring of Servers physically and via Remote access tools. Shall perform
Windows Clustering and troubleshooting.
Re-installation
and support for Operating systems
Monitoring
of resources like CPU utilization, memory utilization, disk space usage, swap
utilization, average load, systems network traffic, etc.
Restoration
of operation of servers back after any failure using backup data.
Give
root cause analysis on incidents and prepare monthly reports for review by IT
Head
Completes
incidents and tasks according to established service level agreements in a
timely, accurate and professional manner
Responsible
for communicating with end-users regarding incident updates, phone calls and/
or email notification
Prepare
and maintain all records and files in relation to IT assets, network
performance and problems.
Overall
installation, maintenance and trouble shooting of IT , networking , hardware,
CCTV , EPABX , telephone systems , Weigh Bridge services etc .
Upgrade and maintain computer anti-virus on the network to
ensure data security and protection.
Documentation,
updation and backup
License
management
for all
software and hardware genuine products.
Assist
users and communicate all IT Policies to users and ensure user compliances.
Provide training to all
members.
