Job Preference:

• Semi Qualified CA/ MBA Finance, Graduate with 2-3 Years of experience in the field of retail loan processing.
• Knowledge of Financial documents , KYC and banking transactions
• Knowledge of Client documents and preparation of file as per bank requirement
• Good Communication  & Follow up skills & knowledge of Computer

Job Description:

1. Working on leads generated by client management team
2. Contacting the client and Follow up on documents required
3. Working on client financial data and checking eligibility as per bank norms
4. Coordination with client with regards to possible amount of loan and loan applicants required
5. Preparation of Log in file as per bank required list
6. Log in of File after getting confirmation from team leader with the decided financial institution
7. Coordinating with client for signing of Application form Completing log in formalities
8. Coordinating  with client management team in case of delay from client /developer
9. Follow up with bank regarding the completion of documents , checking legal and valuations
10. Securing sanction and informing client and the client management team.
11. Completion of sanction formalities in coordination with client and client management team
12. Disbursement of loan amount and informing account team for further work
13. Updating Daily MIS on the cases in the tracking sheet
14. Informing client management team and team leader about cases delayed or not moving ahead
15. Targeting clients for Take over and BT as decided by the team leader
16. Gaining proper knowledge of banking products from respective team and timely updating of skills.

Skills:
