In Nutshell – 80% EA kind of role and 20% Admin stuff.

Job Description :

  1. Candidate should be able to manage calendar, block meetings and travel ticket bookings for Business Head.
  2. Maintaining Inventory register – Inward and outward of Laptops, maintaining stock of handsets etc.
  3. Can manage few team events, organize team meetings.
  4. Good communication skills.
  5. Maintaining Insurance tracker – its renewal dates and know how raise PR/PO process.

  • Attention to detail and organization skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
