Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Engineer to take complete ownership of project delivery from planning to handover. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, labour allocation, site coordination, and ensuring project execution as per defined timelines, quality, and budget standards.

Key Responsibilities

·       Manage end-to-end project execution across multiple sites, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.

·       Lead and mentor site teams, including Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and Supervisors, to achieve operational excellence.

·       Oversee labour management, including tracking attendance, deploying manpower across sites, and ensuring optimal workforce utilization.

·       Conduct pre-installation site visits to assess readiness, identify risks, and ensure smooth execution planning.

·       Review and validate BOQs, technical drawings, and contractual scope to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals.

·       Coordinate with procurement and installation teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.

·       Monitor and report project progress, risks, and deviations; implement corrective actions proactively.

·       Ensure strict compliance with safety norms, quality standards, and engineering practices across all sites.

·       Maintain regular communication with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and trust.

·       Conduct weekly progress reviews, prepare reports, and escalate critical issues to senior management as needed.

·       Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost control, and efficient resource planning.
