1. Borrowing Management:
(i) Ensuring maintenance of Treasury systems and implementing all treasury related processes.
(ii) Finalization of monthly / quarterly / yearly Cost of Borrowing and other associated costs. (iii) Handling auditors, RBI, tax auditors, Bank auditors in matters relating to Treasury.
2. Investor Relations:
(i) Handling various queries of investors, Rating Agencies, Internal Stake-holders.
(ii) Ownership of various investor decks, CMA, QIS, portfolio cuts for Rating Agencies. (iii) Continuously updating the Information Memorandum, policies and other standardized documents.
3. Fund Transfer Pricing and Business Partner:
(i) Partnering businesses to work out a suitable cost of fund for their Line of Businesses.
(ii) Establishing Fund Transfer Pricing Mechanism and maintaining the same.
4. ALM and Risk Management:
(i) Overall responsibility of liquidity risk and interest rate risk management.
