We are looking for a proactive and research-driven Junior Research Analyst who can conduct in-depth Research & Development (R&D) on potential companies and industries to generate business opportunities for our Business Consulting firm.Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed research on potential client companies across various industries.

Identify business gaps, expansion needs, compliance gaps, financial restructuring needs, or strategic opportunities.

Prepare company profiling reports including financial analysis, industry positioning, and growth potential.

Create lead intelligence reports to support business acquisition efforts.

Assist in preparing pitch decks, consulting proposals, and business presentations.

Analyze annual reports, ROC filings, websites, industry databases, and market data.

Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.

Support senior management in approaching and converting prospects into consulting assignments.
Skills:
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

1–2 years of experience in research, consulting, business analysis, or financial analysis.

Strong understanding of business models and financial statements.
-
Good command over MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and communication skills.

Ability to think strategically and identify business opportunities.
