1. Manage credit and payment control processes to ensure timely collections.
2. Oversee EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) and PBG (Performance Bank Guarantee) collection.
Monitor and maintain DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) within a maximum of 10 days.
4.Review Purchase Order (PO) terms and conditions and communicate key requirements to relevant stakeholders.
5.Coordinate with customers for post-order activities, including dispatch, advance payments, and delivery expectations.
6.Handle establishment and processing of Letters of Credit (LC).
