Job Summary:We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our growing team in Bangalore. In this role,
you will manage end-to-end accounting and statutory compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients — ranging from

Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain and update daily financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
2. Process invoices, payments, and bank transactions in a timely manner.
3. Reconcile bank statements and financial records to ensure accuracy.
4. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
5. Perform regular reconciliation of Vendor, Customer & General Ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
6. Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
7.Monitor and manage petty cash transactions.
8. Prepare GSTR1, GSTR2B & GSTR3B on a monthly basis for clients and highlight any discrepancies.
9. Prepare monthly TDS workings for clients and file quarterly TDS returns, including rectifications as required.
10.Prepare and file PF, ESIC & Professional Tax returns on a monthly basis.
Qualification:
Bachelor of Accounting and Finance, CA (Semi Qualified), MBAJob Description:

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA Inter / MBA in Finance is a plus).
2. 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
3. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books.
4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
5. Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
7.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
8.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
