practices, workplace culture, employee engagement, leadership insights, and
industry trends. This position is ideal for someone who understands HR concepts
and can present them in an engaging, research-driven narrative format.
- Research and write articles,
blogs, reports, and thought leadership content on HR topics such as:
- Recruitment
across India
- Talent
management
- Employee
engagement
- HRMS
Management
- Conduct
interviews with internal leaders, employees, and external HR experts to
create insightful content
- Collaborate
with HR and leadership teams to document and showcase best practices and
success stories
- Manage
HR calendars and ensure timely publication of content across platforms
