• Experience : Minimum 6 years of experience into sales with atleast 4 years of experience into Mortgage Sales

Job Description:

• To source Home Loans / Loan against property / Lease Rental Discounting / LAP – OD / Commercial property Purchase cases for the assigned region & contribute to profitability of  Mortgage business as per monthly targets set.
•  Acquire Retail Mortgage Loan clients for Home Loan / Loan against property / LRD / LAP – OD / Commercial property Purchase products  and achieve Business Targets of Region through Team.
•  To identify & tie up with Builders / Chartered Accountants, Referrals & corporate business house for sourcing of Home Loans / LAP / LRD / LAP OD / Commercial property Purchase cases through team.
• Work closely and maintain synergy with various Verticals & company's Direct Centers to generate mortgage leads and ensure the Mortgage Target achievement for these Verticals/Branches across Region.
•  To communicate product & industry updates and organize product Trainings for all the verticals/branches
• To work closely with  Sales, Credit & Operations team to ensure smooth processing of Loan proposals across region
