Key Responsibilities ? Identify and generate leads through databases, cold outreach, references, LinkedIn and
digital channels.
? Reach out to exporters and businesses through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social
media.
? Schedule product demos and meetings for the business development team.
? Maintain and update CRM records and lead pipelines.
? Conduct follow-ups with prospects and assist in onboarding new clients.
? Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
? Support sales campaigns, email marketing, and lead nurturing activities.
? Build relationships with potential customers and understand their export/business
requirements.
Skills:
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ? Comfortable with cold calling, emailing, and client interactions.
? Basic understanding of sales and business development processes.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
? Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and digital communication platforms is preferred.
? Interest in exports, SaaS, fintech, or B2B sales is a plus.
