Job Description:

1. Mobilize business for Current Accoonts and Savings Accounts
2. Drive number and value
3. Recruit and train the team members on regular basis
4. Organize various lead generation activities for his /her branch
5. One point contact for the TM. in case of arry grievance from customer's side
6. Go along with the team members on calls while meeting some important
7. customer.
8. Ensure that the quality of services is maintained as per the standards set
9. Ensure that the defined parameters for opening of a new account are met in terms
10. of documents collected, IP cheque
11. Ensure that the team members are property guided on adllerence to the
12. requirements as per the KYC norms as prescribed by RBI and satisfy that these are
13. satisfied before forwarding the Account Opening Forms to RPCs for processing
