Job Description:

“We need involvement in business, commercial, audit, process improvement and MIS analysis”

• Key responsibilities include briefing the Chairman on high-level meetings with external stakeholders, including current business relationships, potential avenues for alliances and future opportunities mainly with Banks and other Financial Institutions.
• Evaluate the present business model of the company to identify cost saving and profit maximizations opportunities.
• Responsible for MIS Management and  Debt restructuring & settlement. 
• Responsible for carrying out due diligence via financial analysis, ratio analysis, market research etc. of probable clients & assisting Chairman in deal closures.
• Responsible for analysis and discussion on various financial & non-financial reports submitted to Chairman; Provide Analytical support to facilitate strategic decisions, process improvement, decision making and budget preparation.
• Liaising with the business heads of the Group and identifying opportunities for future business development and expansion. Improve processes by recommending operational changes.
• Internal coordination between different functions such as Accounting, Commercials, SCM, Marketing etc., reviewing policies & preparing reports, providing input on corrective measures.
• Advise as per the industry benchmarking data and best practices based on Research & Competitive Intelligence.
