Should have good understanding on Cooperative Housing Society Act and relavent disputes.
- Should be able to draft replies and know the process of Cooperative housing Society
- Should have experience in attending Cooperative Court
- Should be able to coordinate with the lawyers and track on going cases.
- Report all court proceedings accurately to the management and work toward case closure.
