We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our residential real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling telecalling, and maintaining accurate customer data.-
Act as the primary point of contact for clients – from inquiry to deal closure

Conduct telecalling to generate leads and follow up with prospective clients

Coordinate and schedule property visits with potential clients

Provide exceptional post-sales service and handle client queries

Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Build long-term relationships with clients to enhance retention and referrals

Key Responsibilities:- Engage with prospective clients via phone and manage inquiries for plot sales
Maintain updated and accurate records of client interactions and status in CRM
Schedule and coordinate client visits to the project site
Assist in explaining project details, payment plans, and documentation processes
Follow up with leads to convert them into successful bookings
Support the sales team by providing client insights and feedback
