Job Description:

We are Real Estate Platform which provides services in Facility Management, Project Management/Advisory and General Contracting services to various sectors.

We have also ventured into Real Estate Development most recently. 

The role we are looking for shall cater to Project Management/Advisory and Real Estate Development vertical of the Company. 

The key responsibilities of the candidate shall be as follows – 

  • Working on the Due Diligence assignments focusing on the approvals review, FSI area statements, cost and timeline of approvals and construction status review.
  • The candidate shall also be required to work on the construction budget and schedule review on need basis. 
  • Monitoring of all the ongoing Project Monitoring assignments in terms of review of existing approvals, required approvals in future, approval cost certifications and tracking. 
  • Review and monitoring of the RERA compliances for all the projects. 
  • Assist the team for statutory compliances for the in-house Real Estate Development projects. 
  • Assist the team to review and monitor construction budget, cash flows and schedule on need basis. 
  • Be updated regarding any developments in the building regulations of the markets we work in. 
  • Building process & policies internally. 
  • To engage with clients on regular basis to ensure client satisfaction & delivery.

Skills:

  • 1-2 years of work experience in the field of real estate/ construction/ monitoring.
  • Education background - Bachelors in Architecture / Post graduation in construction management (NICMAR or RICS preferred)
  • Sound knowledge on building approval processes, applicable FAR / FSI understanding, approval cost workings and timelines of the various building approvals.
  • Knowledge on various approvals required for residential, commercial, industrial, township projects.
  • Basic knowledge of Construction budgets / Construction contract / bill system/ construction material reconciliation/ *Material procurement process.
  • Good communication and analytical skills, report writing capabilities and MS office suite and MS Projects, AutoCAD, etc. 
  • Ability to effectively present information.
