Job Description:

·       Maintain and manage complex calendars: schedule meetings, appointments, travel, etc.

·       Organize meeting logistics: prepare agendas, collect background materials, brief the leader(s), take minutes, track action items and follow-ups.

·       Serve as a point of contact between top management and internal stakeholders (heads of departments, operations, quality, maintenance, finance etc.).

·       Plan and coordinate travel: flights/rail, accommodation, local transport, visas (if needed), itineraries.

·       Ensure corporate documents are secure, accessible when needed, and updated.

·       Undertake special tasks as assigned by MD / CEO / Director-Operations: e.g. event planning, plant visits, audits, regulatory liaison, etc.

Qualification:

Skills:

·       Bachelor’s degree.

·       Prior experience of 4-5 Years.

·       Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.

·       Strong communication skills (written & verbal), with ability to prepare well polished reports, presentations, correspondence.

·       High degree of discretion, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.

·       Proficiency with standard office software: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), meeting tools.
