Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager – Generalist to handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The role requires a proactive individual who can align HR practices with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (IT & Non-IT hiring)
- Oversee onboarding and employee lifecycle management
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Handle performance management and appraisal cycles
- Manage payroll coordination, compensation, and benefits
- Ensure statutory compliance and HR policy implementation
- Handle employee relations and grievance management
- Maintain HRMS and employee records
- Support management with HR insights and reporting
Skills:
Key Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in HR Generalist role
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance
- Experience in payroll and HR operations
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle HR functions independently
