Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager – Generalist to handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The role requires a proactive individual who can align HR practices with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (IT & Non-IT hiring)
  • Oversee onboarding and employee lifecycle management
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Handle performance management and appraisal cycles
  • Manage payroll coordination, compensation, and benefits
  • Ensure statutory compliance and HR policy implementation
  • Handle employee relations and grievance management
  • Maintain HRMS and employee records
  • Support management with HR insights and reporting

Skills:

Key Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in HR Generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance
  • Experience in payroll and HR operations
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle HR functions independently
