Handling requirement gathering, documentation and project co-ordination for clients of FitnessForce software. Should be eager to learn and be able to assist the clients about their Queries and handle client grievances.
The candidate will be responsible for project management, maintaining functional documentation, completing quality assurance tasks and carrying out other responsibilities as needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Requirement gathering & Documentation
Take ownership of the tasks assigned
Ensure quality documentation/ record keeping for requirements, changes and developments
Assist in creating projects plans, prioritizing and tracking activities
and deliverables, and ensuring that project goals are accomplished on time
Create product, processes documentation and user guides.
- Impact Analysis
Brainstorming on the requirements
Understanding impacts on the product
Suggesting alternate solutions
Competitive landscape research and analysis to influence the product roadmaps
- Project Co-ordination
Work closely with the Development Team members to ensure that the project solution meets its business, functional, and technical requirements
Manage meetings/ discussions ensuring communication of all key aspects of the project
Work with the head of mobile products, the mobile products development team, design team and internal stakeholders on gathering requirements and resolving dependencies and roadblocks
- Additional Skills
Confident speaker to assist during presentations and webinars
Experience in MS Visio, Balsimaq, Jira, BRD creation, UAT preferred
Excellent organization and interpersonal skills required
Strong oral and written communication skills
Willingness to work in a team environment
Ability to multi-task and context switch on demand
